Peel Focus analyzes your active browsing context to provide focus insights. This includes:

• Tabs & Visual Content: We temporarily read the text and capture a screenshot of your active tab to perform analysis.
• AI Processing: Data is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing.

3. Plans and Data Handling

Data handling differs based on your chosen plan:

• Licensed Mode: Data is processed through an isolated pipeline. Your inputs are NOT used to train AI models.
• Hacker Mode / Guest Mode: Data processing follows standard Google AI Studio terms.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using your data is:

• Performance of a Contract: To provide the focus analysis service you requested.
• Legitimate Interests: To ensure network security and improve processing efficiency.

6. Data Retention

We do not store your browsing history or visual snapshots. Once the AI analysis is completed, your data is flushed from our processing memory. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by law.
